We want you to love every sip of your brew, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable items and resolution for coffee quality issues. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee, but we are happy to help find a solution that keeps you caffeinated.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days. For coffee quality concerns, please have your order number ready.

Pack and Ship
Once authorized, securely package your items and use the provided shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.
Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
